How do I check the status of a report?

To check the case progress:

1. Navigate to the Submit Request page in your account on

 2. Find your case under Cases with Reports Pending and click Case Progress

NOTE: If it is under Cases Needing User Attention, then the case did not fully submit and your Company is not able to provide you with a report.

3. A pop up window will show you the Case Status Log

NOTE: All times showing in the status log are in UTC (Coordinated Universal Time) and will need to be converted to your time zone for accuracy.
