If you are having difficulty with certain website menus, appearance or operations in your browser on, it's possible your browser may have a compatibility issue with our website.

Your browswer may need to be either placed in compatibility mode, or taken out of compatibility mode.

Turning on Compatibility:

This article taken from the Microsoft website will provide more details:

"Sometimes a website you're visiting doesn't look like you expect it to. Images might not show up, menus might be out of place, and text boxes could be jumbled together. This can be caused by a compatibility problem between Windows Internet Explorer and the site you're on. When a site is incompatible with Internet Explorer, you'll see the Compatibility View button in the Address bar."

To remedy this issue, look for the Compatibility View button in your address bar. (It looks like a piece of torn paper in between the magifying glass and the refresh arrow in your browser). If it is present, clicking it should activate the Compatibility mode.

Turning off Compatiblity:

In IE 9:

Open the browser and push the Alt button. This brings up the Menu at the top of the screen under the navigation bar.

Click Tools

Select Compatibility View Settings

There you can add or remove websites from the list.
