Setting up your digital system to send images to our server

In order to send images from your imaging system to our server, we recommend that you contact your vendor to set up a new server destination.

They will need the following information:

IP Address: (preferred) OR


Port: 108


Once our server has been set up as a destination, please send a test case to confirm it transfers directly to your account.

If it transfers to our Unknown Cases list, or you cannot find it, please contact us for further troubleshooting by submitting a ticket.
