DVMInsight Billing Changes Effective June 1, 2017 (COMPANY ONLY)

In order to best serve you, beginning June 1, 2017 DVMInsight billing will be processed through IDEXX. Your statement will be sent to you on an IDEXX generated template, and you will now have access to all of the payment features offered by IDEXX.

This change will only impact the way you are billed, there will be no change to your DVMInsight service or support.


You will receive one final invoice from DVMInsight payable through QuickBooks/Intuit™ the first week of June, all future invoices will be sent by IDEXX and payable through IDEXX.


Please refer to the attached FAQs for information about setting up autopay with IDEXX, details on payment methods as well as terms of payment, and an example of what your new invoice will look like.
