How to Update your Online Profile - Update Email address

Anytime you need to, you can manage your Profile online and update your information such as:

Password, Address, Phone, Fax, Primary email address, Submitting Doctor names and email addresses.

 

To access your Profile, please log into your account

Click My Profile/Hospital

On the User Information Tab update your information and click Update Record when you are finished.

To send reports to multiple email addresses, separate them by a semi-colon (;) under Primary Email Address. 

To change whether reports are sent to Fax, Email, or Both, click the Preferences tab and choose from the drop-down menu under Preferred Report Method.

To update your Submitting Doctors and their information, please click the Hospital Doctors Tab.
