We recently experienced a delay in image processing, and we apologize for the inconvenience. A solution has been put in place and at this time new case submissions are processing in a normal fashion. However, there were some older studies that had created a backlog in the queue. We are continuing to work through this backlog of images and anticipate to have worked through processing all cases by this evening around 8:30pm EST. If these cases have already been read (by another submission) please cancel them. Otherwise, you may submit as normal. We understand the importance of these studies and apologize for any impact to your practice and most importantly, your patients.
