Changing patient information or history on a submitted report request

To change the patient information or history on a report request has been submitted, we recommend you cancel the report request and resubmit. You will not need to resend the images, you can create a new case for submission from the canceled case. Refer to the Resubmit a canceled, stored, deleted, or completed case article for instructions.

If the case has been claimed by a reader, you will need to contact the reader or company directly. Contact information for your company can be found on the patient report or in your DVMInsight account by selecting Reader/Consultant Contact Information from the Support menu.

If the case has been reported, contact the reader or your company to request a report addendum.
