If the case is still pending to the First Available, then you can cancel the request from your DVMInsight account.
To cancel a pending report request,
1. Log in and click Submit Request.
2. Find the case under Cases with Reports Pending and click Cancel Report.
If the case has been submitted directly to, or claimed by a Reader or Consultant, then you will not be able to cancel the request and the following message will display.
We recommend contacting your Consultant or Company to request the report be cancelled. Contact information for your company can be found on the patient report or in your DVMInsight account by selecting Reader/Consultant Contact Information from the Support menu.
