Consultant or Reader Account Overview

Accessing a Reader Account 

A Reader Account is accessed through the RadPortal,

Log in requires a Username/Password associated with a Reader account.

Cases and Reports 

All Cases: View all cases from clients of associated Companies within the specified date range. 

All Reports: View all submitted cases from clients of associated Companies within the specified date range, including the report request status (Addendum, Canceled by Client, Canceled by Reader, Final, Pending) 

My Recent Reports: View your reported cases within the specified date range. 

Patient Lookup: Search by Patient ID or Patient Name to find cases for associated Company clients with that information. 

DICOM Send Queue: View current and completed transfers to out of system destinations selected or entered on the Case or Report Detail page under the DICOM Send tab. 

Productivity 

Case Reads: Run production total reports  for cases read in DVMInsight within the specified date range.

  • Your Totals: Production totals for each Company Association in the specified date range. 
  • Company Reads: View all report totals for all Readers on the specified Company within the specified date range. 

Web RADWorklist: Online worklist to view and report cases for associated Company clients. 

DICOM Send Addressbook: Add/Edit server information for out of system destinations that will be available on the DICOM Send tab in a Case or Report Detail view. 

Image Library: DVMInsight Image Library of cases stored by Specialists for training. The library is searchable and anonymous. 

Profile Management 

My Profile: Manage Reader Information, QR AE (for Mac users), Web Worklist Destinations, Contact Information (for DVMI Support), and Company Associations. 

Change Availability: Update Reader status by creating a set expiration date when unavailable, what to do with current worklist cases, and whether to send an email alerting clients of your availability.  When unavailable, clients will not be able to send cases directly to your worklist.

Administration 

DVMIStat Reader Information: List of all Specialists on the DVMIStat Reader list with contact email address. 

Downloads 

DVMI Downloader: Software that integrates with the Web RadWorklist  to streamline the image download for Windows PC users. 

RAD Bounce – Downloader Companion: Software that installs concurrently with DVMI Downloader. Once configured, all downloaded images become available automatically in any compatible viewing software (instructions available for Efilm, Clear Canvas, and RadiAnt). 

Weasis Viewer for Windows: External link to third-party Weasis DICOM medical viewer installation for Windows. The Microsoft developed and supported software allows for easy viewing of case images in DVMI.

Diagnostic File Upload: Upload image files directly for the development team to evaluate for diagnostic issues.
