Incomplete image transfers or uploads

At times images may not transfer or upload completely; for example, you sent or uploaded 6 images and a case was created but only 3 images are visible in the case.

Incomplete image transfers or uploads can occur for many reasons,

It is possible that they are still in the transfer or upload process. Depending on your internet upload speed, bandwidth, and the size/quantity of images, it can take time to transfer or upload. Give the transfer or upload some more time and if it is still incomplete then try to send or upload again.

An interruption occurred. There was a power outage, a temporary loss of internet connection, or the computer was shut down. Try resending or uploading the images again.

Not all of the images were not selected for sending or uploading. It is important to confirm all images have been selected for transfer or upload to DVMInsight. If the images were selected separately or were in different studies, there may be more than one case created. You can request a report on one of the cases and link the other as a reference case.
