When you are having email issues,
1. Check the email addresses in your DVMInsight account profile. The email address must match exactly in order to receive messages.
2. Make sure that *.dvminsight.com and *.dvminsight.net are in your email programs accepted list. This is a list of accepted email addresses and controls to prevent emails from going into SPAM or directly to trash.
If you need further assistance, contact DVMInsight Support with the case number associated with the email notification you did not receive so we can help in troubleshooting.
