Search & Resend a Completed Report

All completed or final reports are available in your DVMInsight account.  You are never without the ability to retrieve reports unless the website is unavailable.
When you access your reports online, you can print, fax, email, or download a PDF of the report.

Reports completed in the past 24 hours will be available under Recently Completed Reports on the Submit Request page.

To search for a completed report,

1. In your DVMInsight account, select Reports from the Review My Cases drop-down menu.

2. Adjust the Filter Dates to include the date the case was created in DVMInsight, then click the Filter Dates button.

3. Click on the patient ID, patient name, or owner name link to open the case.

4. From the open Reports tab, use the Command icons to print, fax, email, or download a PDF of the report.
