Resubmit a canceled, stored, deleted, or completed case

If the case is not found on the Submit Request page, it can be found in All Exams under the Review My Cases drop down menu.

The Filter Dates on the All Exams page may need to be adjusted to include the date the exam was sent to DVMInsight.


1. Once the case is found, open the case by clicking on the patient's name or ID. 

2. Select Make Case Available for Interpretation


3. After the page refreshes, return to the Submit Request page to find the case under Cases Needing User Attention and complete the report request.
